The game completely showed the effects or what really happens in a time like that. The acting was well executed. The choices were a little bit confusing as to what you choose, but gives you a profound and complete ending to the chosen options.
I only got 2 endings as to make a YouTube video as short as it can be, but it is quite emotional and hard to deal with when it happens in reality.
As a person who puts his shoes onto every game whenever there is a choice, I would answer in a way that I would really say because being genuine to whatever you do is more important than faking anything from reality and this persona on YouTube.

Hello. I managed to play the game after doing what you instructed me to do, and thank you. I have really enjoyed this game. I have played it several times now. I like the premise, the visuals are good, and the voice acting is wonderful. Send both Alex Blackwell and Daniel "Lucidity" Peet my love for me, will you? Daniel Peet is also a great singer! I have played ending 2 with the cool and alluring voice, just to hear him sing "Closer" by Nine Inch Nails.
The character himself is a pretty shady guy, although I know he does have issues. He is also very suave and handsome. I think I might have a crush on him, although I do know this is a situation (the situation that involves going over to his house) that neither I nor anyone else should partake in.
I know that you have received requests of expanding the game. If you were to do so, how would you go about it? Would there be more endings, or at least differences in the existing ones? Also, has the full version of Beauty and the War been uploaded yet? I know the demo has, and I have played that before. I enjoyed that game, too.
I can't wait to see a more detailed version of the protagonist in BATW. I just hope he won't be too unlikable of a character in that game. Anyway, thank you, and take care!
I love this game! I got all 9 endings and some bonus ones. I used a walkthrough by the way. Although, I scold myself for liking a guy who clearly needs help and yet here I am, spoiling him with my 'I love you's' xD
I, for some reason, am immediately attracted to him. However, in reality, I probably wouldn't have even called him back.
I've played this, and it was really good. I felt really anxious, and was a bit frustrated when the man on the other side of the line couldn't be saved without the MC giving herself to him.
Though, it's pointless to expect who has mental issues to do anything sane, I guess.
Original plot, very realistic, loved the voices. Overall, I thought this game was pretty good!
Markiplier got me into this game. I adore the voices and yeah it kind of makes me feel creepy liking it so much but I am still okay with it. If it happened in real life I would be horrified but since it is fiction I like the dark romance angles. I can't wait to see this character in the full Beauty and the War game. If this is him sane, he must be very strange when he is insane.
Seriously considering writing a fanfic based on this game... it leaves so many question. The biggest one, to me, being: what would that relationship end up looking like? It seems like one of those fantastic messes, pairing disastrous mental abuse and controling behavior with grand gestures of affection and devotion. Terrible in real life, but great for a story.

I've finally played this game today, and I must admit it was a unique experience. It clearly fits the asylum theme, and I think the MC isn't really "well" neither if you do the "best" ending because well... who would do that and act like that?! I like how you put the thing about the darling couple in there, because they both really have issues there. I hope they'll manage to find hapiness in that weird relationship anyway.
Speaking of this ending, could you tell me what the guy says the first time he speaks in french during the ending monologue? I mean, do not translate it - french is my mother language. But for the love of all good things, because of his accent I can't understand the end of his sentence. More specifically, what does he call the MC? After getting this ending a couple of times, I ended up hearing "chou-fleur", and it doesn't make any sense and kinda ruins the moment, so I'd love to know what does he actually say. If it makes any difference, I'm playing with the cool and alluring voice option.

...Girl/Boy, whatever your gender is, HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO ME -but it was a great idea to make us literally hear his last moments... Gosh, WAY to make me feel guilty and I just HAVE to play it again in hopes to get him a happy ending!

Honestly, this is this game hits close to home. Its how i met my husband. He also isn't from around the US( He is Swedish) and he called me instead of Suicide hotline. I ended up meeting him and talked him out of putting a bullet in his head. Not the greatest first impression, but i wouldn't change him for the world. Now we live in Switzerland with 2 children. So this game was just impeccable. I loved it and got 8 of the 9 endings. So thank you.

I understand that i need to click the exe file in order to play, but i get a popup that says "*****ERROR!***** You must install CXZ1112 Engine to run regedit.exe in this wrapper"
1) Right click on the game itself and click "Show Contents."
2) From there, go to the OS Sierra folder and click on the exec file of the game.
3) You may have to go to Security in the System Preferences to be able to open it. The Exec file will go through the Terminal process. It will take some time before the game officially opens.
If this doesn't work, it may be that your antivirus software is trying to delete the game. If so, I would recommend adding it to your antivirus software's list of exclusions or disabling it while extracting the .zip file (and then running the exe).

Wow. This game gets pretty deep and depressing. Pretty well made and lots of interesting ideas here. The voice acting is pretty good as well.
It's seems to me that there are a lot more bad endings and some of the "good" endings are not entirely good. Makes me feel that part of the point of the game is that these situations are not easy to deal with.
